Jeremy Kopp, special collections associate, is scheduled to promote the NDSU Libraries’ Germans from Russia Heritage Collection at Sauerkraut Day at the Wishek, N.D., Armory on Wednesday, Oct. 9, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The collection will share tables and displays with the Tri-County Tourism Alliance, which includes Emmons, Logan and McIntosh Counties. Kopp also will display items available for purchase, including German-Russian cookbooks.
