During the clinical practice, you’ll apply the knowledge and skills acquired in your courses to real-world classrooms under the supervision of experienced social science teachers in middle or high schools. Through immersive clinical experiences in local schools, you’ll have the confidence and expertise to lead dynamic, inquiry-driven classrooms.

Licensure
Upon completion of the program you’ll be eligible for teacher licensure in social studies in most states. The program is accredited by the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation and approved by the North Dakota Education Standards and Practices Board.
