Well, that's all, I know it was a short tour, but it is enough to give an introduction to the complexities and dynamics of the rise and fall of a glacial lake. Ever since I first heard about Lake Agassiz in the eighth grade I have been interested in learning more about it. You can imagine the excitement I felt when I found out that I had the opportunity to get as close to a first hand view as a person can get. It's wonderful to be able to have such an experience at the college level, academia, and hands on experience at the same time. What a concept!
