PhD Students:
Palash Roy received
his M.E. degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Jadavpur
University in 2009 and B.E. in the same from Bengal Engineering and Science
University in 2003. Before joining to NDSU he worked as an Assistant Professor
in engineering college, India and was employed as an Assistant Manager in
WBPDCL, India. He is presently working in the field of CMOS IC design for RF
applications. His future interest is in the field of CMOS IC design for
biomedical applications and semiconductor memories in sub-threshold regime.

Arka Biswas received
his B.Sc. degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Chittagong
University of Engineering and Technology in 2010. Before joining to NDSU as
graduate student, he worked as Senior System Engineer in Grameenphone,
Bangladesh. He has joined the research group in Fall 2015 and his research
focus is on CMOS Radio Frequency IC design.

Chitralekha Biswas
received her Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronic
Engineering from Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology in 2010.
Before joining to NDSU as a graduate student, she used to work as Senior
Lecturer in the department of EEE at Stamford University Bangladesh. She has
joined the research group in Fall 15 and intend to research in the field of
CMOS IC design.

Seyyed Babak Hamidi was born in Qaemshahr, Iran
in 1989. He received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees, all in Electrical and
Electronics Engineering, from Babol University of
Technology, Iran, in 2011 and 2014, respectively. In Fall 2015, He joined the
research group at Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of North
Dakota State University, where he is currently pursuing his PhD degree.
His Scientific fields of
interest include designing of low power, high resolution Sigma-Delta ADC, and
high performance Radio Frequency Integrated Circuits (RFICs). Since 2013, He
has served as Technical Reviewer of IEEE TRANSACTIONS
ON CIRCUITS AND SYSTEMS—I.

Dipankar Mitra received
his Bachelors of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from
Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET), Bangladesh in 2013.
He has joined the NDSU CMOS RFIC research group as a MS student in Fall, 2014. Currently he is pursuing his PhD degree and working
on developing CMOS integrated Phase Shifter for beamformer
applications. Prior to joining NDSU, he worked as an Assistant Engineer at
Surge Engineering Ltd., Dhaka, Bangladesh.
