Crambus laqueatellus Clemens 1860

Common name: listed here as ‘Eastern grass-veneer.’

Hodges: 5378.

Identification: Rfw 12.6 mm, fw with one silvery stripe in discal cell, another along costal margin; median area with silvery streaks on veins but no large patch.

Similar species: 5344, 5354, 5355, 5357, see also 3149, 3014, and 3035.

Distribution: temperate eastern U. S.

Hosts: Larvae feed on Poaceae– grasses.
