There are not very many offices around Fargo-Moorhead with labels on the file cabinets that say, "Ice Cream Flavors," but Al Nielsen has one of them. Over 30 years ago Al was helping fill milk trucks and making ice cream sandwiches. Today he continues to do what he's always loved to do--work with ice cream and the dairy food industry.
