Come learn how to safely preserve food at home using up-to-date, research-based methods of food preservation.
Topics covered include:
- Basics of food preservation
- Water bath canning
- Pressure canning
- Freezing
- Drying
Cost: $5 includes supplies needed to take home your preserved items.
