Please join us to create and design your own Holiday Outdoor Arrangement! Classes will be held on Thursday, December 7th at the Ramsey County Armory Meeting Room, or you can pick-up your kit to create your arrangement on your own. In person classes will take place at 12 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Registration is required. $40 payment is due upon registration.
