- 1 (14.5-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
