Love and Logic: Adults Supporting Youth w/Challenging Pasts
Gain powerful insights into how trauma affects the brain; why upsetting behaviors represent attempts to self-protect and survive; the science behind healthy attachment relationships and why such bonds form the foundation for emotional and neurological healing; how to apply Love and Logic strategies for self-care while addressing root causes; establishing healthy boundaries, avoiding destructive power struggles, overcoming defiance, and guiding youth toward success.
Class is eligible for foster care and Growing Futures childcare education credit hours (9hrs).

This class is free of charge for North Dakota residents.
