Additional Information:
- North Dakota State 4-H Meats Judging rules will apply.
- Lunch is not provided
- Awards will be held in Shepard Arena at the conclusion of the contest.
- Contest Workout: A contest workout will be available from 5:00-7:00 p.m. in Shepperd Arena on Friday December 8. Professor Erin Beyer will provide a walk-through and reasons at 6:30 p.m. Please fill out this registration form if you plan to attend the workout session.
