NDSU Staff Senate
The staff senate addresses the needs and aspirations of university staff by promoting a progressive campus environment.  Established  in 1990, Staff Senate serves as a liaison among staff, administration, faculty, and students.  Senators communicate in a common voice and advise the administration in matters affecting the staff.  Staff Senate strives to contribute to the overall success of NDSU.

NDSU Faculty Senate
The Faculty Senate is the University’s legislative body responsible for crafting, reviewing, and approving policies concerning the Academic and Extension missions of NDSU. The Faculty Senate was established to promote the role of shared governance and represents the interests of faculty to university administrators, staff and students.

Council of State Employees
A network of state employees pursuing a mission "to enhance the morale and public image of state employees through the recognition of their personal, civic, and work contributions."
