Morris K. Udall Scholarship
The Udall scholarship is open to sophomores and juniors. Scholarships are offered to two groups of applicants. First, those who demonstrate a commitment to pursue a career in environmental public policy. Second (and/or with first group), outstanding Native American and Alaska Native students who intend to pursue a career related to health care or tribal public policy. The scholarship covers tuition, fees, books, and room and board up to a maximum of $5,000 for one year.

- Faculty representatives may register students for their campus nomination process at http://facultyreps.udall.gov
- October 1, 2025
- Faculty reps must register students for the online application by this date:
- March 4, 2026
- Applications must be submitted through the online system by 11:59 p.m. MST (Note: institutional deadlines may be earlier. Please check with your faculty representative.)
- March 5, 2026
- Faculty reps can check their students’ application status at http://facultyreps.udall.gov and may notify their students of the results:
- April 29, 2026
- April 30The Udall Foundation will send email notifications to all applicants:
