Clifton came to NDSU in 1998. He currently teaches classes on individual income taxation, fraud examination and applied professional research. He has been a licensed North Dakota Certified Public Accountant since 1988.
Clifton earned a bachelor’s degree in biology and a master’s of accountancy at the University of North Dakota.
