NDSU master's degree student Yejune Moon earned third place for her poster presentation at the 2023 National Fusarium Head Blight Forum in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Yejune Moon, an NDSU master’s degree student with Dr. Zhao Jin, won third place at the U.S. Wheat and Barley Scab Initiative’s 2023 National Fusarium Head Blight Forum in Cincinnati, Ohio, in December.
Yejune’s winning poster was titled, "Matrix Effect in Quantitative Analysis of DON and DON-3-glucoside in Wheat, Barley and Malt using Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry." She was recognized for her outstanding performance among 58 peers.
