NDSU’s Jared Samuelson and Rocky Kreuser were named to the Summit League’s five-man Academic All-League Team for the 2018-19 men’s basketball season. The team was announced April 3.

This is the fifth consecutive season that NDSU has had multiple Academic-All League selections in men’s basketball.

Samuelson is a junior from Gretna, Nebraska, who owns a 3.70 cumulative grade-point average as a finance major. Kreuser is a sophomore university studies major from White Bear Lake, Minnesota, with a 3.60 GPA.

The team is voted on by the league’s faculty athletics representatives and sports information directors. Student-athletes were chosen based on their academic and athletic performances this season. To be eligible, a student-athlete must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.30, with at least one full academic year completed at the current institution.
