NDSU 197-pounder Cordell Eaton was named to the 2019 National Wrestling Coaches Association Division I Scholar All-American list released April 245. Eaton is one of 142 wrestlers nationally to receive the award.
Eaton, a redshirt junior from Long Grove, Iowa, maintains a 3.786 grade-point average majoring in agricultural and biosystems engineering. He is a three-time selection to the Academic All-Big 12 Wrestling first team.
Eaton has a 50-40 career record including 26-26 in duals. He has compiled 14 major decisions, six pins and two technical falls.
