Rachelle Vettern, NDSU professor and leadership/volunteer development specialist at the Center for 4-H Youth Development, was featured in a recent WalletHub.com article.

Vettern earned bachelor’s degrees in pre-professional psychology and psychological services, and her master’s degree in counseling and human resource development at South Dakota State University in Brookings. She earned a doctorate in human development, counselor education, at NDSU.
Her professional interests include leadership development, volunteer development, youth development, teen technology use and general leadership and diversity.
