Develop a broad knowledge of technology, construction techniques, and management to meet the needs of the rapidly growing construction industry. Every student majoring in construction management is required to minor in business administration offered by the College of Business.
Work in the Best Facilities
Learn in the best laboratory facilities for undergraduate education and research, including the Richard Offerdahl ‘65 Engineering Complex. Set to be completed in 2026, the new facility will provide state-of-the-art spaces that emphasize teamwork, communication and interdisciplinary learning.
Professional Development and Leadership
Broaden your horizons and expand your experience outside of the classroom through student organizations, including the American Railway Engineering and Maintenance-of-Way Association, Associated General Contractors, Materials Research Society, National Association of Homebuilders and more. Accelerated Master’s Option Available
High-achieving undergraduates can complete both their bachelor's degree and a Master of Construction Management or Master of Business Administration in five years.
