Guidelines for Planting
Unlike many other herbs, your chili peppers need significant watering to fruit properly and at a satisfactory level. Here it is better to water more frequently than not. Despite this make sure you only water them when they are dry. An annual use of organic mulch/fertilizer is also very beneficial, but inorganic can be harmful. The organic mulch should be layed out after rain and when the ground is relatively warm. Also, like wih any other plant, weeding on a regular basis is also important and in turn quite beneficial. Also to avoid pest and disease, use pesticides etc. that are recommended for use with tomatoes and you will be fine.
If the above basic guidlines are taken into consideration and minor prning is done when necessary, you will have a successful salsa garden or simply a succesful pepper plant. Planting with any chili pepper is quite universal. If you follow he above steps for any chili pepper, you will be set and on your way to a succesful planting.
