Office and Hours

My office hours are variable this summer, but will usually be held around 1:30 at the Union coffee shop. My office, however, is located in Minard, room 428B. If you can't find me, send me an e-mail and we can set up an appointment.

Calculus III (Math 265), every Tuesday and Thursdays in Walster Hall, room 204. Josef Dorfmeister is the professor, and most course information can be found on NDSU's blackboard website. There is a trigonometric substitution review sheet for those of you rusty on Calc II here.

Fall 2012

Summer 2012

Introduction to Proof Writing (Math 270) every day in Dolve Hall, room 204. I am the instructor, and we won't be using blackboard. We will be meeting every day, reading every day, and (finally!) doing real, pure mathematics every day. Since there are only four of you, this course is designed to develop a curiousity about mathematics and to teach you the fundamental notation and language mathematicians usually use.
