Campaigning/Advertising Policies and Procedures

Please fully read and follow the policies and procedures for the distribution of materials in the residence halls and apartments.

Mailbox Stuffers: Mailbox stuffers are not allowed in NDSU residence halls.
Posters: Organizations and departments may deliver posters to the Department of Residence Life office for approval and distribution.
Qty allowed: 16 for halls; 18 for apartments.

Code of Student Conduct

Rights and Responsibilities of Community: A Code of Student Conduct is the document that sets forth expectations of student behavior at NDSU. Students who need to complete a release form in order for Residence Life staff to discuss discipline incidents with parents may download the form here.

Room/Space Reservation Request Form

Any individual or group wanting to reserve Cater Hall's reservable spaces, Pavek volleyball court, Niskanen Community Center or an MLLC classroom must complete this form two weeks in advance of your event. By submitting this request, you are agreeing to the Room Reservation Policies and Procedures. Questions about this process can be emailed to NDSU-RESLIFE-RESERVATIONS@LISTSERV.NODAK.EDU .
