The Military and Veterans Certification Office is dedicated to helping service members, veterans, and their families navigate the transition to college life and ensure they receive the education benefits they’ve earned.
Whether you're active duty, a veteran, a member of the National Guard or Reserve, or a military-affiliated dependent, our office is here to assist you every step of the way — from applying for VA education benefits to understanding military transfer credits and accessing campus resources.

Military & Veteran Services Inquiry Form
Prior to the start of each semester, enrolled students must fill out the Military Benefit Reporting Form. Please follow the link to fill out the form.
Our military-affiliated students continue to bring a wealth of experience and exemplary work ethic to our student population. We express our formal support for military-affiliated students across the North Dakota State University system and vow to continue pursuing every effort to encourage their success.
NDSU prohibits inducements (including any gratuity, favor, discount, entertainment, hospitality, loan, transportation, lodging, meals, or other item having a monetary value of more than a de minimus amount) to any individual or entity (other than salaries paid to employees or fees paid to contractors in conformity with all applicable laws) for the purpose of securing enrollments of Service members or obtaining access to TA funds. In addition, NDSU officials do not participate in high-pressure recruitment tactics for the purpose of securing Service member enrollment, nor do they provide any commission, bonus, or other incentive payment based directly or indirectly on securing enrollments or Federal financial aid (including TA funds) to any persons or entities engaged in any student recruiting, admission activities, or making decisions regarding the award of student financial assistance.
