We recommend scheduling a campus tour and an admission counselor meeting or attending one of our events (weekend event or Discover NDSU). Each of these opportunities will give you a thorough overview of what NDSU has to offer.
The visit for that date might have reached capacity or the university might be closed. Please keep in mind that some dates do fill quickly and you should register as early as possible. If you have a special request, please call our Office of Admission at 701-231-8643 or email ndsu.visit@ndsu.edu
The average campus visit is two hours. The admission counselor meeting is 30-45 minutes and the tour of campus takes about one hour.
Bring a list of questions you want to have answered.
If classes are canceled and the University is closed, the visit will be canceled as well. You will receive a cancellation notification as soon as possible.
Dress casually for your visit to campus. Comfortable shoes for the tour are recommended, and a jacket or umbrella are helpful in case of rain. Check out today’s weather. If the temperature falls below zero, your tour will be modified to ensure your comfort.
