We welcome your application for services and will review information provided as an initial step in the process of determining eligibility. Appropriate documentation from a qualifying professional is needed to support your request to open a file with the Center for Accessibility and Disability Resources (CADR) office. We welcome any questions you may have about the application process.

Steps to open a file with the Center for Accessibility and Disability Resources (CADR)

  • Complete application through the Bison Accessibility Portal.
  • After your application is submitted, you will receive an email with confirmation. The email will also contain a link for you to upload your documentation to the secured portal site.
  • After you have filled out an application and submitted your supporting documentation you will receive and email from CADR with the name and contact of an accessibility specialist in which you will set up an appointment to discuss needs.

The Center for Accessibility and Disability Resources (CADR) supports the following areas with accommodations:
