Asian Jar Salad

½ cup vegetable mix:
Chopped bell pepper
Shredded carrots
Frozen edamame, thawed
- ½ cup soba noodles, cooked and cooled
- 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped (about ½ cup)
- 1 cup chopped cabbage
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, unsalted
