Department Scholarships

The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry offers several merit-based scholarships. Students are eligible for these scholarships if they have declared a major within the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry. Apply through NDSU’s scholarship portal and search for specific scholarship opportunities.

Scholarships are available to all class levels (entering freshmen, transfer, undergraduate, graduate and professional). Applications are reviewed based on the student's academic record as well as their responses to the questions on the application.

On average, our department makes about 25-30 undergraduate scholarship awards each year.
