Vegan and vegetarian dietary accommodations:
NDSU Dining Centers
NDSU Dining unlimited meal plans include access to all three dining centers: Residence Dining Center, West Dining Center, and Union Dining Center. All three dining centers serve vegan/vegetarian options, which vary day-to-day. All three dining centers also serve a full salad and deli bar which also has a variety of vegetarian and vegan options.
Menu Labeling
When it comes to learning more about the ingredients in foods served at the dining centers, NDSU Dining uses a program called “Menus on the Web” to display nutrition labels online. Menus on the Web can be accessed via desktop at ndsu.edu/dining/menu or on the NDSU Dining mobile app.
The West Dining Center and Residence Dining Center also use digital menu boards above each station to display the menu and icons that identify allergens and dietary information for each recipe. Both vegetarian and vegan items are identified with green plant icons.
