Position Summary

The Mathematics Department at NDSU invites applications for Emporium Assistants. Emporium Assistants tutor students of Math 103 & 105 in the lab, help proctor online tests in the Emporium lab and help proctor written exams in class. They also assist faculty members, lecturers, or teaching assistants by marking exams and assignments, and record class scores as directed by their supervising instructor.

Assistants need to be enrolled as undergraduates at NDSU. It is highly preferred that they have completed the course for which they will tutor.

Hours and Pay:

• 10-12 hours/week
• starting at $ 15.00 per hour.
