ABOUT
The Visiting Artist/Scholar Program is a project developed in conjunction with the Memorial Union Gallery (MUG). The MUG offers funding independent of a Visiting Exhibitor, space for exhibition and the Coordinator helps oversee Visiting Artists/Scholars. The Program is organized and overseen by representatives of Visual Arts Administration, Visual Arts Faculty/Staff and the MUG. These representatives review applications from Faculty/Staff and Students and are encouraged to offer their own applications. The representatives responsible for this program meet at least twice a year to discuss the program, issues and outcomes. A report is compiled at the end of each year that includes essential information about the program and its impact.
