NDSU’s Giving Day is set for Tuesday, Dec. 3. The 24-hour, online fundraising event is an opportunity to invest in the university and its students.
Contributions will be added to “In Our Hands: The Campaign for North Dakota State University,” a seven-year, $400 million fundraising initiative for scholarships, faculty support, facilities and programs. A campaign of this size and magnitude seeks to involve all those who care about the university and its future.
“We ask you to get involved and demonstrate what a difference one day can make when faculty, staff, alumni, students, parents and friends of NDSU come together,” said John Glover, president and CEO of the NDSU Foundation. “Together, we’ll build a stronger future for our university and our students. The future of NDSU is in our hands.”
Glover encourages alumni and friends to sign up to be an ambassador on the NDSU Giving Day webpage. “You’ll gain access to exclusive digital assets to help share your passion for NDSU on your favorite social media sites,” he said. “By spreading the word about the importance of philanthropy at NDSU, you can inspire others to give in support of their passion.
As a student-focused, land grant, research university, we serve our citizens.
