NDSU’s accelerated Bachelor of Science in nursing program offered through NDSU’s School of Nursing at Sanford Health in Bismarck provides a fast-track path to an in-demand nursing career. Through this program, you will build upon your previous bachelor’s or graduate degree to accelerate into a rewarding healthcare career. You'll gain the necessary knowledge and skills and participate in lab and clinical experiences within approximately 14-consecutive months. The blended hybrid model includes in-person classes, with some online classes available. Graduates enter the workforce as highly-skilled and compassionate nurses.

Located a block away from the Sanford Medical Center in downtown Bismarck, you’ll have access to clinical rotation areas to build off of the knowledge you receive in the classroom. Gain hands-on learning experiences in clinical settings such as acute and long term care, pediatrics, public health, emergency room, critical care, labor and delivery as well as mental health.

Support for Tuition

The NDSU accelerated BSN program offers two incentive payments of $13,000 from Sanford Health - Bismarck for students who meet criteria, or $25,000 signing bonus from Sanford Health - Bismarck upon successful completion of your NDSU Accelerated BSN (Post-Baccalaureate) degree.

Courses are online and in-person with a focus on clinical skills and critical thinking.

Accreditation

The accelerated BSN program is fully accredited by the Commission of Collegiate Nursing Education and approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing.
