  • 14.5 ounces can chickpeas
  • ¼ cup bell pepper, diced
  • ½ cup cucumbers, diced
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced
  • ½ cup black olives, sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • ¼ cup Greek dressing
  • Garnish with feta cheese optional

Add all ingredients in a bowl and stir. Refrigerate any leftovers.
