What You’ll Do:
- Lead the Family Selection Process for our Homeownership Program.
- Support and guide future and current homeowners through education, mentorship, and ongoing connections.
- Coordinate loan processing and ensure compliance with mortgage regulations as a Qualified Loan Originator.
- Innovate and improve our homebuyer support and education programs.

FirstLink is hiring:
- Part-time & Full-time Evening/Weekend Call Specialists
- Overnight Call Specialists
- Evening Care & Support Specialist
Part-time positions work up to 29 hours a week, shifts are mostly between the hours of 4pm-12am weekdays and 8am-12am Saturday and Sunday. Care & Support would be 4pm-12am Monday through Friday. Overnights would be 12am-8am with two consecutive days off (flexibility with preferred days off). These staff are scheduled every other holiday and are paid time and a half for these shifts.
Starting pay for Part-time is $17.00/hour, Full-time and Care & Support start at $18.00/hour and Overnights start at $19.00/hour. Each includes a possible .50 cent raise after 3 months.

The Juvenile Center is hitting a recruitment patch starting off the New Year, and wanted to share an update for our Student-Staff Positions, the Juvenile Detention Worker – Variable Hour. Located a few minutes from NDSU Campus, it is a convenient drive!
West Central Regional Juvenile Center recently increased the pay for Juvenile Detention Workers to $20.99/hour. This is a great opportunity for students to gain experience while working around their school schedules!
There are currently openings in the following programs;
- Non-Secure Program – Primarily Social Service Involved Youth, ages 13-16.
- Secure Residential Treatment – Youth with significant Delinquency & Juvenile Justice Involvement court-ordered to complete the Treatment Program.
- Secure Detention – Primarily Juvenile Justice Involved Youth, ages 15-18, placed pending court hearing.
