1. Why can't my students login?
It is possible to tickle a bug in Blackboard by using HIGHLIGHTING in your assignment's description. The symptoms and solution are shown below.

2. Why can't my students access this WeBWorK problem set?
If your student is able to login to WeBWorK from Blackboard using the assignment link, but sees a message like that below, then you have not checked the Enable Evaluation button when creating the link to the assignment on Blackboard. Instructions.
3. How do I check if my students have access to this WeBWorK problem set?
In Blackboard, switch to the Student Preview Mode and click on the assignment link. If you are successfully logged in and see the problem set without any warnings, try answering some questions. If this is successful, you should see the grades appear in your student preview account in Blackboard's grade book. If any of these steps are unsuccessful, you will need to troubleshoot.
Student preview mode ensures grades are passed back to Blackboard; otherwise, grades are not be passed back. In either case, Blackboard logs you into the same account on WeBWorK.
