The West Dining Center is NDSU’s designated allergen-friendly dining center on campus as all items served within the WDC are made without peanut or tree nut ingredients. The Clean Eats station within the WDC serves entrees, side items and desserts that are free from gluten and the top nine allergens: fish, shellfish, dairy, soy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, wheat and gluten.
The Residence Dining Center has a mini fridge stocked with gluten-free bagels, cookies, bread and hamburger buns. There also is a Creations Station that features items that can be made gluten-free such, including pizza, nachos and pasta.
Incoming students are encouraged to complete a dietary needs form to inform NDSU’s dietetics team of specific needs.
