LEARN ABOUT EDUCATION INCENTIVES FOR THE ONLINE/BLENDED ACCELERATED (POST-BACCALAUREATE) BSN
Apply for financial resources including 2 education incentives of $13,000 OR a $25,000 signing bonus from Sanford Health Medical Center - Bismarck for qualified students who meet specific criteria* in the Accelerated (Post-Baccalaureate) BSN Program at NDSU. This program is for students who have completed a non-nursing bachelor’s degree or have completed a graduate degree and seek an in-demand healthcare career in nursing.

*Acceptance into the NDSU Nursing at Sanford Health - Bismarck program provides no guarantee of qualification for the financial resources option from Sanford Health Medical Center - Bismarck. Students must apply directly to Sanford Health Medical Center - Bismarck and must meet eligibility criteria for the nursing education incentive financial resources program.

NDSU School of Nursing - Fargo

NDSU School of Nursing – Fargo provides an accredited high-quality program in the College of Health and Human Sciences. The College includes nursing, pharmacy, allied sciences, counseling education, health, nutrition, and exercise sciences, human development and family sciences, and public health, offering an opportunity for interdisciplinary education among the college’s health disciplines.

Today’s health care settings are rapidly embracing team-based strategies to improve patient care, and health care institutions want graduates who are practice ready and team ready.

Students are admitted in spring semester. Programs are available for: Pre-licensure BSN; LPN to BSN online; RN to BSN online; and Doctor of Nursing Practice/Family Nurse Practitioner.

Innovative learning options

A new 74,000 sq ft addition for nursing and other health professions opens at the Fargo site in 2020 for more opportunities. The Aldevron Tower addition includes expanded simulation and skills labs for nursing. It’s designed to accommodate collaborative learning, where students work within interdisciplinary teams just as they will in hospitals, clinics and other health care settings. 

Fargo-Moorhead frequently ranks in top national livability scales, packed with opportunities to enjoy concerts, art museums, cultural, sports, and outdoor activities. Fargo is the largest city in North Dakota offering many amenities and is also conveniently located within easy driving distance to large metropolitan areas.
