What can the Accounting Service Center do for me?

The Accounting Service Center offers assistance with your NDSU financial transactions.  They help you prepare travel and expense reports, purchase items needed to support NDSU needs on your behalf, serve as Purchasing Card administrators, handle invoices and voucher entry, and offer training on NDSU financial processes and procedures. Further information about the responsibilities of the Accounting Service Center may be found here.

What can the Business Center do for me?

The Business Center helps departments support the management of all revenue generation and spending within an academic or administrative unit.  They can provide strategic guidance on spending plans, keep funds balanced and help determine which funding sources should be used when making a purchase. Further information about the responsibilities of the Business Center may be found here.

How do I contact the Accounting Service Center staff that support my department?

Please send service requests to the appropriate listserv listed below. Using the proper listserv will route your request to the appropriate portfolio contacts, ensuring back-up staff are available if your department’s primary contact is unavailable.  Please include your department number in the subject line of your request.

How do I escalate an issue within the Accounting Service Center?

Please begin by working directly with your department contact or the Accounting Supervisor to resolve any issues. For issues that are unable to be resolved in this manner, please contact the Accounting Service Center Director.

For issues that are unable to be resolved in this manner, please contact the Provost Budget Office (ndsu.provost@ndsu.edu) for academic units and the Associate Controller (travis.aho.1@ndsu.edu) for non-academic units.
