Food Safety Learning Modules

How does this module work?

Welcome to the Food Safety Learning Module! First, select which module you want to view (for Adults or for Youth). After you complete the module, take some time to watch the videos near the bottom of this page to learn more.

Accessing the Modules: (Modules are in a PowerPoint format)

1. Click on the module you want to use. This will download the file.
2. Once the file is downloaded, open it and click "Enable Editing" at the top of your screen.
3. Click "Slide Show" at the top of your screen.
4. Next, click "From Beginning" to engage the interactive portions of the PowerPoint in presentation mode.
5. To progress through the module, left click your mouse or press the down arrow on your keyboard.
6. To exit presentation mode, press "Escape" on your keyboard.
