NDSU’s annual Boo! at NDSU event is set to be held virtually this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Sponsored by Residence Life and the Volunteer Network, the event is scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 29, from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
For information on participating, refer to the event’s webpage.
Student organizations and groups will host virtual breakout rooms where children can participate in games and other Halloween activities. Parents are encouraged to plan for 30 minutes to allow their children to engage with all the virtual rooms.
The event is free and open to the public and the campus community.
“This is a family-friendly, Halloween-themed virtual party, and we encourage children to show off their costumes during our spooktacular Zoom event,” said Jen Kacere, assistant director for leadership development in the Department of Residence Life.
