The NDSU sport management program is set to host a Zoom presentation by Dave St. Peter, Minnesota Twins president and chief executive director, on Wednesday, Feb. 17, at noon. A question and answer session will follow the talk.

“Bringing on Dave St. Peter is a critical attribute to our students and the program,” said Tyer Tracy, lecturer and program coordinator. “Mr. St. Peter’s experience and knowledge will be great to share with our upcoming and aspiring sport industry leaders.”

St. Peter, who was named the fourth president in Minnesota Twins history in 2002, oversees the team’s day-to-day operations, strategic planning and interaction with Major League Baseball.

He was born in Bismarck, North Dakota, and graduated from the University of North Dakota.

St. Peter is a trustee on the MLB-MLBPA Player Pension Committee and serves on the boards of the YMCA of the Twin Cities, NuLoop Partners and the University of North Dakota Alumni Association. He also is a member of the National Advisory Council for Pitch In for Baseball and Softball.

Everyone is welcome to participate. For more information, contact Tracy at tyler.tracy@ndsu.edu.
