Are you a recent college graduate looking for a supportive, individualized learning and research environment?  NDUS CHANGE is a 12-month program for post-baccalaureate participants in STEM.  Participants will be prepared and mentored to become leaders in a rural, EPSCoR state, capable of tackling basic biological questions, engaging with questions of importance for the Upper Midwest in a changing world.

Students from Tribal Colleges, first-generation college students, students from low-income households, and applicants from other underrepresented groups are particularly encouraged to apply.  Applicants must be U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, or permanent residents of the United States. Participants must have a baccalaureate college degree before participating in the program (applicants must apply to the program before or within four years of graduation, with extensions allowed for family, medical leave, or military service). Individuals currently enrolled or accepted into a graduate program are not eligible.
