Summer Parking (Tenant Employees)

All NDSU parking regulations remain in effect and will be enforced through the summer. Please be sure to review the NDSU Parking Regulations before parking on-campus.

If you have a valid 2025-2026 NDSU parking permit, your current permit is valid in all employee lots beginning the first Monday after Commencement through August 15^th of that year.

If you do not currently possess a valid NDSU parking permit and need to utilize the NDSU employee lots during the summer, summer permits are on-sale now! Summer permits are valid in all NDSU employee lots through August 15, 2026. Summer permits can be paid with a debit or credit card and are non refundable.

If you are not aware of the locations of the NDSU employee lots, please view the NDSU Parking Map. All NDSU employee lots are noted in green.

Online Purchasing Instructions

Please read all the below instructions carefully.

1. Make sure you allow for all cookies and pop ups.
2. Visit the NDSU Parking Portal(If you currently have an account, proceed to step 5).
3. Select NDSU Tenant Employee as your classification.
4. Click Create Account.
5. Log into your account.
6. Select Get Permits and read the permit instructions before proceeding to the purchase pages.
7. Proceed with your purchase.
8. Please read your receipt and pay close attention to the delivery/print out instructions.
