Please note that a reservation for the summer does not guarantee a spot for the fall semester.

April 10 - Undergraduate students with children currently enrolled in the Wellness Center Child Care may make reservations.
April 24 - Graduate students with children currently enrolled in the Wellness Center Child Care and undergraduate students whose children are not currently enrolled in the Wellness Center Child Care may make reservations.
May 8 - Graduate students whose children are not currently enrolled at the Wellness Center Child Care may make reservations.

If you are interested in having your child receive care, please complete the reservation form at this link and send it along with your class schedule to Mari Quittschreiber, Site Coordinator, at Mari.Quittschreiber@ndsu.edu. Students must include their class schedules in order to make a reservation. Reservation applications will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis by the priority reservations listed above. Please note completing the application does not guarantee a spot for the child. The Site Coordinator will determine if there is space available and will contact parents to arrange a time for a parent pre-enrollment conference, where they will sign the contract and pay the $25 reservation fee. Parents may wish to schedule a tour of the Wellness Center Child Care.
