If you have experienced sexual assault, relationship violence, or stalking, please know that it is not your fault. Everyone deserves safety and to be treated with dignity and respect. An individual’s response to these behaviors varies widely from person to person. There is no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ way to react to a traumatic event. As a survivor, you have rights. What you choose to do and who you choose to tell are always your choice.
