Additional Requirements for this Pathway: Each Veterinary program may have additional requirements to be aware of. Students are encouraged to look up the requirements of the programs they wish to apply to and work with their advisor to schedule in these additional requirements to the sample schedule below.
1. Students must complete all coursework for the first three years of study to be eligible for this program
2. It may be necessary to take courses during a summer session: STAT 330, Physics, ENGL 324/325, and various Gen Ed courses are available in the summer.
3. Microbiological Sciences will accept similar courses taken in veterinary school as microbiology electives, up to 15 credits. Transfer credits must get approval of the Microbiological Sciences Undergraduate Committee.
4. The student will be required to complete a waiver-substitution form specific for this program after completion of the courses. Paperwork for this exemption will need to be filed with the Registrar’s Office after the student is accepted to Vet School and before leaving NDSU.
